Abstract & Extended Abstract Submission Guideline

All abstracts will be subjected to a double-blind peer review process. Only original unpublished work is sought. Any extended abstracts identical or substantially similar to work already published or under review for another conference or a publication, will not be considered.


In order for your paper to be published in the ITTP-COVID19 conference proceeding, participants should refer to the instructions given below:

  1. Please ensure that your abstract is written according to the template:
    (a) Abstract (Download Abstract Template here).
    (b) Extended Abstract (Download Extended Abstract Template here).
  2. The language of the conference is English.
  3. Guideline (User Manual) for Authors for Online Submission (pdf).
  4. Online submission via the conference management system.
  5. Your paper will be subject to the standard refereeing procedures of the conference proceeding. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Full Paper Submission Guideline

Selected papers will be invited to submit extended versions on their papers for consideration of publication in SCOPUS-indexed journal (WITH ADDITIONAL FEES). The reviewer will suggest a suitable journal based on your scope and the quality of your full paper.
